What are the changes to gym prestiging?

My Raichu has been at Lakeside for 3 weeks now. I kinda want it back to be honest. Although it is nice to get my 10 coins every day.

I'm not sure I can face gen 2. Nearly there with the current pokedex and a bit cheesed off with the changes to gym prestiging. I am still holding my local gyms but just don't have the heart to tear down enemies' gyms L6+ because it just doesn't seem fair when it will take them hours to rebuild.

I don't like the look of all those 2nd gen pokemon. They look too shiny and polished. They have no soul.

That list is cool for 2nd gen pokemon. I've got plenty candy for zubat, slowpoke, eevee and horsea so far but nothing for the others where I haven't even evolved all the way yet or caught more than 1!

So many Pokemon! I was in the car so couldn't keep up but it was good to see so many when usually we're lucky here if there's 10 in the whole town. Must've passed a total of 150 today. Still got all the pokestops even in the car, more than usual actually as 3G was working for once. Lots and lots of rewards from each pokestop, had to completely empty potions out three times to make more room for balls. Saw a dratini shadow and a pincer shadow but neither popped up. Know where to find the dratinis now though. When is this special on until again please? Do we know the reason for it?

That's a really interesting link, and actually quite exciting news for those of you who have completed the British Pokedex , thanks nutella. Looking forward to not seeing most of those too now. :o

Exeggcutes were at Strathclyde park which is in Scotland. It spawns new things every couple of weeks. Last time it was charmanders and before that diglets

Stopped off at Aldi on my way home and spotted a blue gym with a space just up the road. Pottered up and popped in my Hypno. As I was catching a Mr Mime a car pulled up sharply beside me. I could see the passenger's phone screen and gave her a big smile. She obv thought I was a nutter so I waved my screen at her and she smiled back. Hypno not back yet so I think she was training/boosting status. Not one of you lot was it?

Limit for spawns is 30mph apparently

I read something today about what we should "save" for gen 2 candy wise. Just sharing incase useful.

I think I'll slow down on evolving these at present for candy. Who knows if it'll be of any use. I've lost my pokemon mojo.

Caught about 20 exeggcute today at a spawn site plus some others. Had to ignore lots of poliwag, psyduck and staryu as I was running out of balls. Ds pleased as I had my phone and his. Hatched some eggs too as it's a 6km walk around the spawn site although I got a bloody goldeen!

I wonder if there is a speed limit for it to work?
On other news I caught a wild nidorino xp910 so am now ready to evolve to nidoking. That will give me the 135 I'm ready to have.

Think I'll do an evolve tomorrow. I'm on 215k of 300k needed to level up so I reckon one more day will give me enough with the lucky eggs. Then I'll just be one level behind queen Wink

Ds was still getting pokestops for me in the car. May have had to spin them a few times though.

I dont understand that either you cant hit a pokestop whilst in motion but pokemon spawn and you can catch them.
