Sims3. Babies with feet

How do you do this. I know you have to download it, I have tried several million times and it wont work.

OP have you managed it yet? You have to create a mods folder, Google it because it's not just as simple as creating a folder within your game!

I have those baby feet pyjamas, just to let you know it's still random so you won't always get the pyjamas. Sometimes you'll get the maggot!

Are you putting the package file into the actual 'mods' folder? you can't install a mod through the Sims download launcher.
