90s club song - what is it??

Hi, I’m trying to remember a song that was played in clubs in the 90s, the same sort of genre as White Lines (I think). I can’t remember any specific lyrics, but it had the names of counties or cities sung in it. Very vague I know. Any help would be appreciated, it’s driving me crazy!

No, one of those unfortunately! Sorry, White Lines was 80s, but it was still played in clubs in the early/mid 90s so I was thinking it might be of the same genre.
