Which do you have, and would recommend? I hear the heat pump versions can take hours to dry washing?

Samsung Heat Pump. I replaced a condenser with it and no regrets.

I replaced my old condenser dryer with an LG heat pump one. It's way better, maybe a little slower but it's also much gentler on the clothes so we can dry most things in it instead of having to separate out all the things that would have shrunk in the old one. Also it is more environmentally friendly and cheaper to run. I don't really care how long it takes to dry - it's not like I'm sitting there watching it spin (unless my toddler makes me).

I have a samsung heat pump. Love it. It says it will take a while but is often much much quicker.

I have a Bosch heat pump dryer, so much better than a condenser it’s also much more economical to run even when on quite long drying times, it does have a quick dry programme of 40mins no programme takes hours & clothes definitely come out much less creased love mine.
