Anyone been in a similar situation? Need some help!!
I’ve had the same career for the past decade or more. I’m not 100 percent happy in the role I’m currently doing but I still really enjoy it. It’s maybe more some of the people I currently work with. I’m part time and the hours are good for my family.
i have however just applied for a job in a similar field which would.be more money and have the increased flexibility to work from home.
with my current job I have a heap of long service leave.
if I leave this job I think I may risk getting all that leave taxed heavily.
im also in fear of leaving the job/company I’ve been with for so long and the new job being not right/ don’t like it.
im scared but excited if i get the new job.
any thoughts?
