OP do you own your house or rent it?
You see, it's highly likely you are not allowed to run a business from it, especially where you have customers coming (LOL) and going all day. It's okay to WFH but the moment that involves traffic (ie cars being parked) or anything that's more than sitting at a desk with a laptop, it can become tricky.

Your neighbours will soon clock it if they have not already.

And might report you.

Have you considered this?

What you are doing is not illegal- you're not working for a pimp, who's living off your earnings, but it's still not something the neighbours would like.

Can't see it myself, I think she's being extremely polite and personable.
