what was your experience with best and final scotland?

Listed my property in Scotland and it's going to best and final on wednesday. While i am thrilled there is so much demand, i am also terrified. The suspense and stress has got to me.

Has anyone gone through this recently? What was the outcome?

That’s ok. Some sales only have 2 notes of interest. 4 is alright. They may not all offer though.

4 notes, more viewings on Monday, maybe more will have come in over the weekend. how does that compare?

What will be, will be. How many notes of interest do you have? Be wary that the highest offer may not be the best one to go for. That depends on your circumstances and the buyers position, ie if the buyer who offers the most still has to market and sell, you might be better going with a lower offer if they are a cash buyer type thing.

My friend sold earlier this year - nice house, very good area but needed a new kitchen although otherwise freshly decorated and brand new carpet throughout. Listed for 390, hoped for 425, got 435. She had 3 offers at closing - the other 2 were for 415 and 422. It did take quite a long time to conclude missives because the buyer hadn't sold yet, but it went through smoothly enough eventually.
