Best events for dancing in London for over 40s

I went to see Annie Mac a few weeks ago and the energy was amazing. I havent had this much fun in years! what else is there in London for the middle age crew?

There’s loads if you’re into 80s alt/new wave. Feeling Gloomy, Electric Dreams, A Night Like This, etc. What kind of music are you after?

Or if you just want to dance like nobody’s watching, try Five Rhythms or Ecstatic Dance events - absolutely loads going on in London and many 40 somethings attending. A really fun and friendly scene.
