Where to emigrate to in Australia ?

Lived in Sydney for a year pre kids and absolutely loved it but it’s too expensive I think for a family home.
considering Perth or the GC which has best weather all year round?
any insights.. Tia

Very much depends what you do for work, that can have a large bearing on State and location.

No @WildWindySeascape only GC briefly when travelling. We are planning a month next December but so hard to know how to view it as long term rather than a holiday when we will be in a lovely air b and b going to the beach every day..

I would like to live in Ten Town. I think that is in Victoria. Although Skippy lived in New South Wales, and that looked very nice too.
