Brick cleaning regs

Are there any regs about the brick dust generated from this?
Our neighbours are doing atm - have sheeting up but as it doesn’t meet the walls of the house our garden, sills and windows are coated with thick brick ‘sand’. Should we have any expectation for their builders to vacuum our front path etc or is it just a case of suck it up.

Thank you for replying. I am hoping they finished that part today and now it’s the pointing.

they did sweep up and hose everything down after but our doors windows path etc are still a mess as it’s builder standard iykwim (I know not all builders are rubbish cleaning up after but a significant number are!)
im itching to get out there with a hose but hose pipe ban (apparently not if you’re a builder though).
once they are gone I’ll attack it with a bucket and broom.
