Recently posted up a long post on relationship advice which was deleted for reason, iv just ended my 3 year relationship for a number of reasons which wasnt healthy. I feel terrible in myself, lonely, also feel bad for hurting that person but felt like I had to for me and my kids sake.
How do you keep strong on not going back into the vicious cycle and know its best and move forwards in a happy healthy light?
Feeling rather vaunerable
Thanks

Know that you will very likely find someone else who is much kinder and a better fit down the line. Enjoy spending time with your child. Make plans with family and friends. Keep yourself busy- go to the shops or a walk or the cinema, plan play dates for your child, go to the gym etc. Eat, exercise and sleep well- look after your core needs. The sadness will pass and you and your child will thank you for leaving. Block the exes number and forget them. Sending hugs your way.
