if Toast cropped trousers can be shrunk?

Has anyone successfully shrunk Toast 50/50 cotton/wool cropped trousers

Surely you can take them to an alterations service?

Shrunken wool is not an attractive fabric. And shrinkage isn’t controllable. It’s a bad idea all round.
