I've been thinking about Sharon last night and I feel for her. I've seen men online saying that James and Michael steamrolled her views too, so even they noticed it. It makes me sad because there was the clip of her saying to put her big girl pants on and it leads to them calling her suspicious. And then Michael not having a clue why she was upset.
Michael has targeted all the women. All of the round table banishments (aside from Richard) were the women. The women need to stop taking the men's opinion and using their vote.
It's like the women are damned if they raise any theories because they are not believed and are therefore thought as suspicious. It's saddening because it's the patriarchy on display.

I feel for Sharon because she obviously felt like she was targeted once she started to use her voice. That's it, just use her voice and speak up (not even blaming anyone, but just using her voice was a 'change in character'). You could tell she felt that there was no point in arguing because even if she had remained in, she would be gone next time.

Why is no one questioning why Michael is targeting people so heavily?

Yes, I do agree with this too.
The Traitors is fascinating the way it mirrors societal prejudices.
But Rom did bring Michael up.

I hated how they treated Sharon last night, to me she is one of the more talented and famous ones. At least I have seen her singing a song in a Disney film at the cinema. ( beautifully- made me cry) Something Blunt will never do.

I love his voice and music. Not heard this one before and you'd have to have a heart of stone to not be moved. 😭

He is making me laugh in Traitors - he is so unbelievably off the mark in all his theories.

Just had a listen.
I must have a heart of stone as I was unmoved. I do not like his voice or style of music at all! Reedy.
But I love him on Traitors.

TarraDiddles · 24/10/2026 13:05

Beachtastic · 24/10/2026 11:08

He might never be in a Disney production (although who knows...?! 😁), but he did make me cry with this. I'm not a fan of his style of music, but this was exceptionally moving.

After Joanne or Sharon goes and someone is murdered it will be 3 traitors and 5 faithful left in the game. The next full RT is critical - if the faithful don’t find a traitor then after the subsequent murder they will be at 3 traitors and 3 faithful and the traitors will likely be able to get a faithful banished to become the majority.

Hopefully at 8 people around the RT they will look at everybody as a potential traitor. It feels like it’s the faithful’s last chance to get a victory. Surely someone will think ‘if the three most trustworthy were Maya, James A and Kenny why wasn’t one of them murdered last night?’

To try to prevent that thought coming up at the RT, the traitors need to murder someone smart like Romesh or possibly Michael.

OsfameronTanamoril · 24/10/2026 12:11

I think now a Traitor will certainly win, so I'm glad as I always want Traitors to win.

crabbyoldbat · 24/10/2026 11:58

At some point (hopefully soon) a great theory to spread would be 'do you notice how Blunt/Sheen always spreads rumours and really goes for the faithful? He's wrong every time. There must be something in it, just like he's a traitor, getting rid of the good guys, eh?'

AlwaysRightISwear · 24/10/2026 11:33

If people weren't interested in you before it really doesn't matter if they don't like you. More of an issue if you put off your existing fans.

HelloPossible · 24/10/2026 11:22

OsfameronTanamoril · 24/10/2026 11:14

Who loves Blunty for his music?
I love him for his hilarious X game and silly outfits.

That’s the risk with celebrity Traitors you maybe keep your fans but gain a whole new cohort of people who hate the sight of you. The reverse has happened with Miranda for me, not a fan before but I thought she came across very well and did make me laugh.

Can’t stand the bloke after watching this show but James Blunt was always a switch off the radio, why I don’t listen to Radio 2 artist for me but obviously he has fans like you and that is why he is on there.

Why do you say only James A was responsible for Kenny getting the dagger? Don't you think Maya might have had something to do with it? Or indeed that they might all three had discussed it and decided that that was the best strategic move?

It was obvious after Sharon made a fuss about James A getting the dagger that he couldn't have it. All the faithfuls would have regarded that as incredibly suspicious.

I agree.

I’m really not understanding all the James A hate in this thread.

I think he’s doing a great job. He’s a much more interesting and strategically thinking Traitor than Maya.

JaneJeffer · 24/10/2026 10:52

Fortuity · 24/10/2026 10:16

It's a game on TV. It's been fake from the first episode of the first Traitors. That's the nature of a game called Traitors.

How has it taken you so long to notice?

I thought it was a documentary

Fortuity · 24/10/2026 10:47

GobbolinoAndSootica · 24/10/2026 08:35

James A can win under the rules of course, but in my opinion not a Traitor i feel would be deserving of a win.

I like Traitors who have been tactical and taken considered.

Not in to anyone, in anything, who lets everyone else take the risks and do the heavy lifting, then reap the rewards of their efforts. So Im not into James A doing it in this game

James A has benefited from luck, other people's mistakes and the sheer incompetence of the Faithful. (As has Maya, and to some extent Kenny.)

There's a difference between clever, strategic gameplay and coasting along while everyone else does the work like James A has. It's more than one task though, he was all for Kenny getting the dagger - and takimg the risk and effort in using it. Case of "Anyone else but me" because he didn't want to take on risk himself but wants to win.

Why do you say only James A was responsible for Kenny getting the dagger? Don't you think Maya might have had something to do with it? Or indeed that they might all three had discussed it and decided that that was the best strategic move?

Looked a very fake yawn to me!! Not convinced that a lot of this season isn't being set up by the production team and decided in advance!

That's absolutely forbidden when prize money is involved.

Mimosaandonwards · 24/10/2026 10:21

James A is playing strategically. He knew whatever advantage the chosen players would get could actually be a bit of a poisoned chalice. He knows how the game works and is aware of the risks.

ScaredButUnavoidable · 24/10/2026 10:21

HoraceCope · 24/10/2026 10:13

it was so odd that James B and Michael chose those 3 specifically, i wonder if they have been whispering off camera

That would have been my first thought too if I was Maya, James and Kenny.

They were all laughing and revelling about having been the three chosen ones, laughing as if the rest of the group we’re stupid for thinking they were the most trusted members of the group, whereas if I was one of them I would have found it really suspicious.

I’d be asking myself, “Surely this isn’t a coincidence?”

And I would absolutely be thinking all the faithfuls were
up to something / on to us.

Will someone not realise that James B is rubbish at this game?

Well, at least he's guaranteed to get through to the finals. He's never going to be murdered, and he's definitely not coming over as traitor material.

Purplesproutingradiator · 24/10/2026 10:17

I thought it was desperate editing of a dull episode!

The field of scarecrows was visually awesome. But there wasn't really anything to the actual game part of it. I thought they'd all be able to pull bags off their own scarecrows and put them other people's before the klaxon or something like that - some quick thinking on their feet whilst their partner was desperately trying to unknot gold in time. Would have put a lot more cats amongst the pigeons - as it was, half the people just picked three winners right at the beginning, and then the fetching of the gold became just a formality.

I'm a teacher, and it felt like one of those activities you're convinced will work really well, but you haven't actually worked through it, and it falls on its arse in the lesson.

Totally agree, this year I've gone into Apprentice mode, before I stopped watching any of it, I don't watch the tasks, just listen to the chat and the round table. It's really poor compared with last year.

Last night I actually fast-forwarded through the RT (I watch it on catch-up) and just went straight to when they voted. I guess that shows that my interest has been lost in what they’ve got to say 😞
