Peaches is Russell’s dog, I’m sure if it. Rochelle likes the attention when they are out and about, sitting outside a coffee shop etc.

Russell does the walks and the poo bags. And the feeding.

True, but it would be them calling me as I was always happy for the break

😂Good point!

LikeWhoUsesTypewritersAnyway · Today 17:27

I thought I was imagining the lack of emotion the doggo had for Rochelle. Probably much closer to Russell.

Presumably to be fair you could speak to them on the phone/message/face time them and they weren't on a TV show being shown nationally?

Yeah this. ^ And the whole set of emotions she's feeling being in The Big Brother House. She's only very young too. Probably a bit overwhelming for her.

If i walk out the door and come back in 2 mins later they go mental saying hello. That reaction by Peaches would have been the most emotional part for me thinking it was upset

Exactly. A dog wears their heart on their sleeve and is normally full of love for their owner.

PocketSand · Today 16:55

Peaches cut her dead. No response. You can’t coach a dog how to respond. Zero emotional attachment.

NervyWegovy · Today 16:45

Twiglets1 · Today 16:14

The dog was so unimpressed to see her.

My dog would have been clamouring to get to me. Hers wasn't bothered.

Rhianna's sister looked more like Rob's (twin) sister.

Highlight of the piece was how not pleased to see her Rochelle's dog was 😂

Omar's friend was cute.

Just caught up. I cried at the visits & loved seeing the people they’ve been speaking about all this time!

Thought Lynx’s mum was stunningly beautiful - can see where he gets his looks from!

I liked Russel & I liked Gray so made me like both Rochelle & Twinks a bit more!

Same! I liked quite a few of them more after seeing their friends and family - agree that Lynx's mum was lovely, also Russell was and Gray. And Catrin's mum and Rhianna's sister.

HumBumBum · Today 16:01

That dog was clearly messaging a cry for help.

ConstantlyFuriosa · Today 15:36

Also hate the letters from home sobfests. They’ve not gone go war, ffs.

I can never stand the sob fest when it’s letters from home/visits on BB or I’m a celebrity. The point of BB was to be completely sheltered from the outside world, another reason why late starters shouldn’t happen.
However, I think this will have stirred things up a lot and I’m glad that people have been told about watching people who they think are friends. This will have broken the hierarchy now so the ones at the bottom now have more of a chance of staying.

Actually that’s a good point re the hierarchy and bottom ones given a chance. That said, I have a feeling they may put everyone up this week anyway guven they have to shift a few before the final. And it’s Halloween; they always get rid of a few at Halloween.

I feel im in the minority as hate the contwct from loved ones in all these shows like BB or im a celeb. Im perhaps underestimating the pressures but theyve only been gone a few weeks it seems a bit overblown.

I do agree with this. Catrin and her mum crying was so OTT, my DD's have gone to their grandparents for longer than she, as an adult, has been in the house. 😂

Also BB especially its meant to be no contact with the outside world but now the dynamics in the house will change so much and people will support others more/less than before based on the people who went to see them and what they said and its not even equal footing because some had more/ less time and some mentioned house dynamics and others didnt

Yep, I think Omar is a classic NW London lad who runs with the Mandem but then goes home to Mum and Dad. Home is a 3 bed semi. Mum and Dad have worked their arses off to provide for him and his siblings. He did reasonably well in his GCSEs but frustrated his teachers because he had so much potential. Omar is that lad. Stuck between different worlds.

Absolutely.

I don't think Omar's as down at heel as he makes out.

His friend seemed quite well spoken. Not what I was expecting at all! Omar himself comes out with some unexpected intelligent conversation sometimes too. Is it a bit of an act for his rap career?

FreeTheOakTree · Today 11:17

I enjoyed the visits but agree that it really does compromise the whole premise of the show.

I suspect the idea to allow it to play out like this was to move focus off Omar and let the family/friends of O and R have their say and potentially diffuse the situation.

Phillip is such a fibbster that I had to laugh, though he did seem concerned about what Rochelle's husband had to say as he knows very well what a backstabbing sod he is.

Russel seems like a nice bloke and probably knows the side of Rochelle that needed addressing. I am sure there is more to her that the bitch we see, again I had to laugh at her hugging Twix and holding her hand.

I think the Gen Xers genuinely forget the cameras are there as opposed to the likes of Lynx and Frankie who seem to be ever aware.

Personally, I don't mind the visits if it means a lighter show for the final two weeks. Some fun and frolics, however fake 😁 will be welcome relief after this last week.

I reckon hes lower middle class

Lives in a decent house, next to an estate, but has the money to buy real Nike tracksuits and trainers

Unlike me who was dirt poor and picked on by these kids for being 'poor' despite them claiming to be gangster

Projecting a little yes

Omar reminds me of this rap from 8 Mile:

But I know something about you
You went to Cranbrook. That's a private school
What's the matter, dawg? You embarrassed?
This guy's a gangster? His real name's Clarence

And Clarence lives at home with both parents
And Clarence's parents have a real good marriage

Laughed out loud 😄

I love that last scene in 8 mile. Iconic and so well done.
