I made a new thread as the other one consisted mainly of July/August claims. Feel free to insert scan date for the above months and whether it’s a new claim or MR and update when you have been awarded ! Good Luck 🤞🏽
NC - new claims
MR - mandatory reconsideration
SD - scan date se

Hi all - is the DM the final stage (as in when waiting in a queue for a DM…..)

Yes, your right x

Snoopymadmof5 · 22/10/2026 15:12

I’ve just rang and asked if mine was with a DM as I have more evidence, STILL sat with case workers, he’s going to chase it up when he finishes on the phones at 5pm as the ones he is working on are dated 12th October?!?!

so I could have around a six week wait still 🫠🫠🫠

Has anyone had any decisions this week? Or seen any more decisions being made?

Wella2026 · 22/10/2026 11:00

It was a new claim 3rd August then they asked for medical eveindce last week it has now been added and with the decision maker does anyone know how long it might take now as they have the evidence and have already looked at mine claim as they wanted the confirmed diagnosis

Wella2026 · 22/10/2026 10:58

New claim on 3rd August ingress crossed

PlummyMummy2026 · 22/10/2026 10:32

Wella2026 · 22/10/2026 09:57

Just called to check they received my evidence they asked for she said yes and is now with the desison maker so fingers crosssd not long now as it was already seen by them and they were just asking for evidence of diagnoses it only took me 7 mins to get through just now

Hopefully you will have a positive decision soon. What was your scan date? Are you a new claim?

@GoNoSixx in so sorry you’ve had to go through this. Life is just so unfair isn’t it.

We had CBT counselling here which didn’t work and we’ve now been referred to CYMPHS /CAHMS for further counselling but DC just can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. All my friends have (understandably) stopped inviting me out and talking to me - when they ask how I am and I’m honest with them they just don’t know what to say or can handle it.

I never thought my life would be like this to be honest x

Aw im so sorry its heartbreaking to watch them struggle mentally, and you cant take it away 😔

Seeing my daughters consultation wrote down from yesterday's gp app and fresh referrals requested was a hard pill to swallow 😢

And to be clear hes been on mrc for the last 12 yrs, but his needs have got worse over the last year, I think he should be getting hrc lrm now x

Hey Fedup, ive just posted my daughters NC for mental health. She's just turned 14, she's now being home schooled as of last month due to the severity of her MH declining, school was amazing its been on going for over year now and they did a managed move to see if that helped but it made it worse and she returned to her school 8 weeks later. Then after a few months it just got so bad we had a meeting and school said home schooling is prob our only option or she's going to start self harming, gp refered to cahms, cams said TOG ( agency for talk therapy/counseling) she's refused that so back to gp yesterday and hes done a new referral back to cahms to be seen my a phycologist. She always says she doesn't want to be here no more.. her panick attacks are multiple times a day, her moods so low she doesnt leave the house or have any kind of interaction with anyone outside out house its absolutely draining to see and deal with.

I hope you get a positive outcome, I know if we dont ill be straight to MR and then tribunal if they take it that far!

Goodluck, I got a message this morn saying forms received 25w wait so we shall see x
