Scan date 24th July. Still nothing. No letter. Going to ring again today I think.

New claim, scan date 04/08 but I phoned for the forms on 23/06. I have just checked my bank and can see I have a pending payment due on Tuesday for £1819. I am in shock, I had convinced myself it would be a decline

the lady on the phone said it was for 2 years! I never received a text or still haven’t received a letter so if I never rang to find out I’d still be non the wiser lol xx

I had a response yesterday asking for the reason why I never reported the change as soon as it happened as I put it’s from the 28/7 from when the reward started and I stated that a decision has only just been made but he was awarded from stated date! They got back to me yesterday after sending it to a decision maker that the back pay will go in my account on Monday! So they was quite fast with that, but definitely do not let it slide if no response by Monday put it in your journal again as it’s money you are entitled to from your award date xx

When I rang Wednesday morning the man on the phone told me it wasnt even in the queue. I rang yesterday and they said a decision was made the day before 🙄😂🙊

I was hoping for mrc and lrm. She got that. She has just turned 7 and has combined adhd. She has had an assessment for autism but they said her adhd was too significant so they couldn't see most of the autistic traits. Her adhd is really bad. They said put her on medication and get adhd under controll then they will re do autism assessment. They said shes on the spectrum 100% but can't put it on paper. Very bizarre
