Please post your scan dates etc

NC = New Claim
MR = Mandatory Reconsideration

Scan date 30/07/26. I called today for an update and they said a decision was made today. Called back as I can’t wait and was told my DC has been awarded MRC

Popping my update on! New claim.
• Date sent: 23/07/26
• Text received to say they got it: 28/07/26
• Letter received to say they have it: 22/08/2026 dated 15/08/26.
• With Case Manager: 05/10/26
• Called today (09/10) and asked for a text to be sent when a decision is made- lady on the phone said a decision was made yesterday and confirmed he was awarded HRC with no mobility!! I was shaking on the phone call! Good luck to everyone else! Backpay should be paid Tuesday apparently!

Wait time : 10 weeks, 2 days (based on yesterday - 08/10/26)

@JAZ44004 basically exactly the same timeline as me I also got awarded hrc no mobility got told today and was awarded yesterday!xx

Hi everyone, my SD was 27/8 and I woke up today with a back payment which was a lovely surprise. I was told i would get a text but not had one, from using chatgpt it says the back payment would equate to HRX & LRM which is absolutely amazing! Im on hold now waiting tonspeak to someone to find out what the rates are to be sure but I hope you all have positive news soon. Xx

My sons award ends on Wednesday and I still haven’t heard if the renewal has been accepted. But I’ve just received a letter -“Review of appointment to act for Disability Living Allowance” it basically says all my responsibilities as an appointed person and a form to sign at the back and post back. Has anyone else had this with a renewal? Is it a good sign he’s been going to be given a renewal?

I got the form with one of my children but didn’t have to sign anything

I’ve got a ton of new evidence (unfortunately my son has been excluded today - I’ve been sent copies of the action plan for his return to school on Wednesday which mentions 1-1 for the 2 hours a day they can say they can meet his needs) so I’m currently racing home from school to see if I’m too Late to add new evidence. Scan date is 31/7

My SD is 7/8, also waiting to hear if my son has been accepted for an EHCP so I feel like I’m going insane on both ends. I sent a paediatrics report, a occupational therapy report and a educational psychologist report, hoping it’s enough evidence 😣

@SilverGlitter26 i think the dates are all over the place I got awarded my scan date was 28/7 no payment yet but I rang and found out! I’ve seen people from 23rd still not had a decision xx

If people are waking up to money in their bank from scan dates of around 28th july surely they are working on dates around beginning of August now because it takes a few days for backpay to hit the bank?
Am I just overthinking things now? 😂🫣

My award expired 03/10 sent the renewals form back in July have heard nothing since. I never received a form

@UmElise yeh she told me over the phone went through the award itself the rate and the back pay I will be receiving for him! She was so helpful! @Mumto4and5 hopefully not long to wait I got told mine was with a decision maker yesterday and when I rang she said he was actually awarded yesterday afternoon!!xx

Ooohh that fills me with hope.. lol did it only go to the decision maker yesterday or been with one for a while do you know? Xx

Mine was registered on the 6th, also received the 6th I’ve rang today and asked. Some take longer to scan onto system x
