Video for granny - disregulation

Hello, can anyone recommend a short video to explain how to help a disregulated child? Or a short fact sheet or similar. It's for a grandmother who doesn't really have experience of neurodiversity. Thanks.

Grandparents can find it tricky I know. Might need something bespoke. There are some basic animations online that may help. Best ones are those by autistic young people or adults usually.

Thanks but I'm trying to find something much shorter. I guess it's not an easy fix!

P.S. be wary of the eye contact advice depending on the child. No one size fits all of course.
