A unique user is one person - so 100,000 different people come to the site every month. This is different than how many times the site is accessed each month (about 4 million times)

Willow2 is correct. There are 40,000 registered users and more than 100,000 unique users monthly.

I don't know how we would define 'regular', though. Sorry!
