To receive these you need go to your email preference page (accessed from member help page)here . We routinely remove folks from the list if the mails get bounced back so if you've signed up and you're not getting, it may that you signed up with a bad email address or that there were problems getting through. You don't need to be a subscriber to get these though, just a member.
