I notice that Taylor & Emmett Solicitors kindly offer a 10%discount to MNers preparing a Will, but its 15% on MO!

I had no idea your dh's firm did Mumsnet and MO a favour by paying commission. Gosh! a banner ad that is actually of some true use I am sure a lot of Mners have benefitted from this excellent idea.

sorry but I didnt realise how upset you'd got from the other thread having only skim read it the other day so didnt intend to cause offence or upset and I certainly wasnt complaining

I think the fact that it came so soon after the other thread just made me feel very defensive. Sure you can understand?

Anyway - 'tis over and done with.

And in answer to the original question - there is a reason for the difference as I posted earlier.

I had absolutely no idea this was anything to do with your dh - truly. I am sure most other people didn't know either. I took the original post to be a joke about all the silly rows recently - I'm absolutely sure that is all it was.

Only as of this week nutty. This is first time I have ever mentioned it to anyone toher than MN team. Wouldn't have at all, but got all fuming and cross earlier And it isn't just the renet threads (although they triggered the decision) - what with moving house, and will probably have to have 2 or weeks, without broadband, linked onto 2 week's holiday - I wouldn't be able to post som much come mid/end June for a while.

That's main reason I took my real name of the moderatiors page (before I chose not to mod anymore) - was worried my prisoners might find it. I have tried finding my name linked to Hula - an gogle/yahoo hasn't managed it yet, so safe I think.

Is there anyway we can get rid of this thread and stop this getting any further? Least said soonest mended and all that? Hula was obviously upset by it so i think it should be stopped.
