Tech! help

I have been asked to CAT someone but when I put their talk name in - it says they can't find the name but in the red message saying so it keeps adding a semi-colon to the end of the name

can you help please?

oops .. my fault Jools .. I was playing about with different name combinations and forgot to change it back
