Receiving report responses addressed to other posters this morning

Hi MNHQ, I've been getting responses to reports addressed to two other posters this morning. Just thought it might be worth looking into this as I know sometimes you use first names (presumably based on email addresses) too, so just FYI!

I got one yesterday. It was a thread I had reported, but the email was addressed to a username that wasn't (and hasn't ever been) mine. I did notify MN, but didn't get a response.

Think you have a glitch in your system somewhere!

Incidentally, the thread I reported got deleted, but a different thread by the same (new?) poster is still there.

Thanks Katy, it's now happened with three different usernames, none of which are mine!

Thanks for flagging this, and sorry for the confusion. We’ve looked into it and the wrong username was added in error to your mail. No information about either account was shared - it was simply an incorrect name in the hello greeting. Thanks again for letting us know so quickly!
