Men are welcome to post, provided they follow the Talk guidelines like everyone else. We haven’t identified a shortage of male perspectives on the internet that requires a new board...

We would, however, ask male posters to appreciate that Mumsnet is a rare corner of the internet where women remain the majority. That’s something people value, and for good reason. Joining the conversation with a willingness to listen, as well as contribute, goes a long way while arriving to explain women to the women usually goes down like a cup of cold sick.

If you see posts you think break the guidelines please report them and we’ll take a look.
