Hi @sunshinebelieve (and @Daftapath , @Quincy2381 ). Thanks for flagging, and sorry you saw this. That ad absolutely shouldn't be running on Mumsnet.
We've tracked it down and blocked it, so it shouldn't appear again. It can take a few hours for the block to fully take effect, so apologies if it pops up once or twice more in the meantime.
If you do see it again after that, or spot anything else inappropriate, please post here or report it with a screenshot (the time and the page you were on really help us track it down). Thanks again for letting us know.
