Intrusive advert

This advert appears at the top of the page as normal, but is impossible to close down until it's almost finished (no 'x'). Then if you stay on the same page it constantly reopens. Is there anything you can do?

Hi @Greyover , thanks for flagging this and for including the link, that's really helpful. Ads shouldn't be blocking you from closing them or reopening once you've dismissed them, so that's not working as it should and I'm looking into it with the relevant partner now. Could you let me know whether you were on desktop, mobile browser or the app, and whether it's still happening if you go back to that page? Thanks!

Something similar - I’m finding ads are making it almost impossible to use the site - taking ages to load then loading over the top of the thread making it impossible to read

Hi, mobile browser, Samsung. Not sure what you mean be going back to 'that' page, it happens on multiple pages. And it's still happening.
