MNHQ do your advertisers know what happens here at night? Not very advertiser-friendly is it? The tabloids will be picking this up one day.

So, at what point are your advertisers going to cancel their adverts with you and start advertising on a porn site which is more family friendly than here?

I believe this is the second or third night in a row? And you don’t even pay people to monitor this?

I think Mumsnet needs to take on the responsibilities of a crisis space if it is going to present itself as a crisis space. Having a moderator on the job seems pretty minimal. Without that, might people not be better off somewhere else?

Exactly. I’m sorry, but the troll posts far outnumber the desperate ones these days. It’s not a good enough reason to make people see and read the things that they do on here overnight.

Yes, it's a challenge or even a game for them.

They have already said as much and will just continue while they can.

They must have some decent IT skills so perhaps showing MNHQ what can happen and how

MN need a team just as dedicated.

I don’t think it’s that deep.

All they seem to be doing is posting irritating long, sometimes offensive posts. There are some word filters on MN but not the ones he’s been using. He gets banned and starts up again. It’s not difficult to start a new account and anyone can hide their IP address. All you need is a load of email accounts and it takes seconds to create a new MN account.

I can’t work out why these people do it for free? I mean I’m grateful they do I suppose, given that Mumsnet can’t be arsed to pay a proper wage, but I wouldn’t work for free

No, I don’t understand either. Justine is raking in £££ while they’re putting themselves out for free. I have no idea why they do it.

I wouldn’t do it for free either, but if for some reason I did, the moment it got to be a full hour or so of work on here, I’d say I’m not doing it any more.
