When scrolling I keep getting Amazon opening up, no actual Amazon on the threads to click

Out of nowhere just get a. Amazon page taken over, which I have to close.
There's no ad or link I'm accidentally clicking in sight.
Anyone else. Just the last couple of days.

I'm so glad I have seen this. I thought I was being fat fingered! @KellyMumsnet my app is 45.3.5 I have checked for updates but there are none available

Morning, everyone. Sorry to hear this is still happening. Could we ask anyone experiencing this issue to check the exact version of the app you are using please? You can check this by opening the app and then opening the profile menu in the top right hand corner of the screen. You should then be able to see the version number at the bottom of the menu. If you could pop that here in the thread that might just help us work out what's going on. Thanks! Flowers

I have it slightly less today but I've still had it open 3/4 times in the last half hour I've been browsing. I already use Amazon loads, so it won't help them, more make them get less sales from me as I'm starting to get irrationally annoyed when I see their webpage now 😂 Will check to see if I need to update the app again.

I’m getting it constantly too. On iPhone and checked the App Store and my app is up to date. Some threads it’s happening multiple times making them impossible to read because it’s so frustrating.

I’ve also updated and it’s just as bad. The lightest scroll opens up Amazon in a separate app (iPhone).

This is happening to me as well. I'm using the app on the Sony Phone. I can't scroll passed the Amazon add without it thinking I've clicked it.
