FWR being trolled by a user called AidaP

Hi MNHQ can you please address the issue of a certain poster called AidaP who is not participating in debate he is just trolling.

to be clear this person is a trans woman who has been convicted of violence and is posting promotion of acts of violence against women elsewhere.

in particular there is one elsewhere about using a roughly hewn rolling pin to rape women.

you realy need to look in to him it is just so not on that he is being allowed to bother us here.

There have been a few high-profile posters who post things on other SM platforms which wouldn't fly on MN. I don't really know how much that influences MNs moderation of their posts.

If they were posting that they were going to come over to MN to wind people up that would be a different matter!

I think we have to be careful not to confuse disagreement / differing views for trolling.

It seems like this person is after as much notice and to cause as much trouble as they possibly can. I know it's hard to ignore somebody but seems like it's the only way if they are not banned

MN can't ban posters because of their posts elsewhere. If that poster is breaking MN guidelines then it's up to them who they ban.

Who else are you going to insist MN ban?

Point of order: other users can't just request others' posts are deleted and posts aren't deleted at the "behest" of other users.

Users can only report posts which they think break talk guidelines - it's MN who makes the call on deletion. No-one else.

If you think your post has been wrongly deleted you can report your own post and ask for an explanation.
