screen automatically scrolling upwards

Today when opening and trying to read any thread on MN the screen automatically starts to scroll upwards making reading threads impossible. why is this happening. im using a Samsung phone and web version of MN. anyone else having this issue today?

Yes, me too, although not every thread. It seems to resolve if I refresh but then it happens again on another page. Also Samsung phone and browser.
