Threads scrolling by themselves

Using a browser on my mobile and this evening threads are scrolling upwards by themselves. It's really freaky!

Same. Chrome on Samsung. I was trying to read a comment and it kept scrolling down and wouldn't let me go back up at all! Highly annoying.

I had this problem last night. Then things were ok most of today . But started again this evening.
I've been trying to work out if it's somehow my fault or the sites fault.
It's awful. It's even worse than the horrid colour changes
