I cant change password

I’m trying to log in on my desktop to view a private message, as I can’t see I can do that in the app.

i can’t remember my password, but get an error message when I try to change it with the link. The error message says not found.

any help, MN?

Hi OP

Are you trying to reset on desktop or on the app? You'll need to do it from Desktop - if you already are, please email us on [email protected] so we can help you get logged in.

I clicked on the link in my email. I assumed it would take me to the mobile site rather than the app. How do I stop it doing that please? Thanks

@HebeMumsnetThanks but no, I haven’t sorted it. I can’t access my emails from my desktop (another password issue) so I can only get the link to change my password from my email account on my phone. But the link takes me back to the app. Can I get the link to open in a mobile browser?
