We do seem to be having some problems with replying on iPad but we'd like to get to the bottom of this one with you. Could we ask you for a few bits of info that might help us with that?

1. What version of the app are you using (you can find this by opening the app, selecting the profile menu in the top right hand corner of the screen and then checking the version number at the bottom of the menu)?
2. Has this always been an issue or is it something that's started happening recently? If the latter, could you give us a rough idea when it started to happen?
3. Is it happening every time you try and reply? Or just sometimes?
4. Would you be able to take a screen recording of the issue and share it with us via email at [email protected] so we can see exactly what's going on? If you could record what you do just before the issue and the issue itself, that would be amazing!
