How do I stop these Mumsnet pop ups on my (work!) laptop :(

I don't know how I enabled these.
How do I disable as I'm worried they'll pop up when I'm presenting something at work?

So sorry for the delay here.

From the looks of it, these are Chrome notifications coming through as Windows notifications. Below are a couple of articles that may help you to switch these notifications off -
