where are we at in the Mumsnet v OpenAI dispute?

Hi there,
We've expended a fair amount of cash on quite a lot of legal to and fro in which OpenAi notably haven't denied scraping our content. We're now looking for financial backing/reassurance prior to appointing a barrister. So if you know anyone who is up for that then lmk!
