Ad banner covering buttons at bottom screen

I'm using the website (not app) on chrome.
The bottom buttons - active, watching, my feed etc are periodically being obscured by an ad. I haven't a screen shot

Is it always the same advert causing this issue, or multiple adverts? If possible, could you click the advert and share the URL that it takes you to?
