A place for general Well being talk?

I’ve looked in Body & Soul, weight loss and Health and I can’t see any place to discuss well being topics. Could this be added please? Especially with January upon us and lots of New Year New Me intentions.

Could you give a sense of what you mean by 'wellbeing'? I'm not sure I really understand what it is, if it isn't something that can be discussed within existing health and mental health topics.
