App has none of the functions people mention

What am I doing wrong?
My app offers no AIBU vote option, no edit option, no where I can report a new post one of the features I hear people talking about
Do I need to pay for those?

Voting and editing are not yet available on the app, but you can do them on the mobile site.

A few site features are only on the desktop/mobile site but we are always improving and updating apps in the background.
