does Mumsnet count?

Does mumsnetting for hours and hours count with a capped ADSL service?

AM thinking of getting a 1 GB capped service

BUT I don't want to be restricted with mumsnet

please help

Are you downloading pages from mumsnet?

what about looking at links to photos?

I thought that was exactly what I meant {library}

I am about as technical as a paperclip, but I have a feeling that it's the limit to what you can actually download rather than how long you spend online.
A bit like you can spend as long as you like in the library but you can only take out 2 books, sort of thing.
At least, I think ...
