How can I see whether I 'opted out' of the CAT system ?

I want to change my preference but I can't see the option on my member profile.

This is the member profile page, if you click on the "mumsnet newsletters" link at the bottom it takes you to your email preferences.

yes it is ndp, you click on the opt out of newsletters thingy here and there's a box to tick/untick
