Anyway we're just listening to the community and giving you what many of you have asked for with an option to not have any of it if you haven't/don't want it (plus you can un-pin threads - that should win the fish over).

It's coming this afternoon (somewhere in the middle) and you all have to promise please to play with it for at least ten minutes before you start wailing "Who, what, why, when".

And before anyone starts panicking, we promise there will be a Mumsnet Classic option for all conservative, dyed in the wool MNetters who like it like it is and can't think why we wanted to mess with it anyway. (ie A "Change it back!" option, which given bitter experience we thought we'd introduce at the same time as change )

If you like it - twas my idea - if you hate it look no further than the shed.

i think that you know how you can exclude buying/selling/in the news etc etc, well, i think the plan is to be able to choose all topics you want/don't want on active convos. i think...
