Actualy you would not need to put any money upfront mnhq as the publisher would pay for the recipe testing. It is a win win situation. A no brainer.

I'll do it(and by this I mean the 'proper' work, ie the editing, testing and writing the recipes) for a tiny, tiny percentage and a budget for the ingredients ect. And a tiny credit somewhere on it.
