What am I doing wrong?? Buying/selling/hawing cheap jewellery

I keep checking the 'no buying/selling' option, but it keeps coming up on the Act Convs?? How do I stop it, as I don't want to buy any dresses. Yet. ????

Click the box then resave MN in favourites.
