i can't upload pics Tech!!

I am trying to upload pics to my profile and all I keep getting is IE can not display this page, my internet is running fine, but the upload page is running very slow. Any ideas?

its still not working trying to upload, wondered why you thought that LL but for some reason, its cut the pic off at the side.

Should say 25% height and width (Control W to get menu on Paint)

1.5m may be too large. Try reducing it in size first. I had to do that last week when I was adding a new picture here. I just did it very simply in Paint - loaded it up, reduced it to 25 height and width and resaved. Reduced file size loads and uloaded no problem. Quality of picture still seems OK on here.
