Have I missed something? I find the threads I am on have a great sense of hunour, those I dont find funny, if I want a laugh, I leave alone...

I wasn't just talking about the antenatal threads - all manner of offence is being taken at all sorts of silly things all over the boards.

I'm not offended. Well, I am affended, but by the assumption on the part of the thread-titlers that the use of the word 'fanjo' is in some way hilarious and/or scurrilous. When in fact, in itself, it's just a mimsy euphemism for people who are frightened of their own genitals.

If you really want to shock people, why not use some proper anatomical terms?

Well yes, but, we arent 13 are we, so I am generally trying to ignore it.

They know how the majority of us feel - if they choose to be childish/hormonal (?) about it, then I really cant muster up the energy to be pissed off about it. Because I am an adult.

I therefore bury my head in a good b/f or weaning thread.....which, sooner or later one of the fuckers will stumble onto

The antenatal thread titles aren't done to be funny though, they seem to generally be a deliberate attempt to offend people.

If we're talking about the antenatal threads - I've no objection to vulgar jokes that are properly funny. But these are just a bit witless, and hence irritating when you have to see them again and again.
