What is wrong with the links?

I've just tried to do three different links (to the same thing, but on different sites, iyswim) and each time when I preview I get page not found/page doesn't exist/some kind of error message.

Can someone else try doing a link, please?

Nope, something is Not Right. I just tried the link I wanted in this thread and it worked fine but when I started a thread with the same link in my link looked funny (it was underlined to click on but the html address was still visible) and when I clicked on it the page just said "blank" at the top.

I'm being helpful with much information here
