"Your mates list is empty" - Hunker invites mate applicants

I am inviting applicants to join my "mates" list.

Please post here with your resume and I will see about adding you.

I am not applying for a position of one of your mates, Hunker. I am not going to put a picture of myself up or any pictures of my children. I am not going to fill in one of those new member profile things.

BUT, I do want to at least know where the new member profile things are. I want to lurk around and look at people etc, the ones who aren't reserving them exclusively for mates.

But I have no effing idea where they are! If someone doesn't take pity on me and explain how to do this, then I guess I'll just have to live in ignorance forever.

(off in a huff, shitting the door behind me, as someone said earlier)

Qualifications for Hunkers list - I'm really nice, honest! And don't think I'm on anyone's mates list. ANd it would be a MN list I could be on....

It doesn't cross reference the mates then. What's the actual point does anyone know?? Nobody can see anyone elses "mates" so we can't jealously view each other 'cliques'! (Cos obviously that's what I want to do! )
