"Remove thread from Watch"...am I being dumb, or has it disappeared ???

want to get rid of some of the threads that appear under "threats I'm on" or threads I started" or "threads I'mm watching" HOW DO I DO IT ?

steppy, if you go to threads I'm watching then there is a "remove watch" button at the end of the thread title
