Idea for a new topic - DEBATING

Were we could post with the intention of having a grown up debate - where people can hopefully be respected for having differing opinions.

SMS- think that is a great idea, in theory. In practice, i think it will be more like fight club ! as miaou has said..

might be worth giving it a go though!

Great idea in theory but for real debates that actually get anywhere it's vital to have a designated chair to keep things on topic - like Melvin Bragg on In Our Time. And to tell time wasters to shut up. But only one responsible person.
