Too much blue, I don't like blue! And imo the font looks rather old-fashioned and basic. But apart from that, it's fine.

I myself was strangely comforted to see that talk had NOT changed too.....OMG I am so fucking old! Homepage looks great and I like the new spot for talk too!

ooh yes, I second Notts Mum - please don't roll out the font to the talk pages - it's not as easy to read.

I think you need to do warnings before you make big changes like that though - I nearly had heart failure when I first opened it - thought for a second MN had gone and been taken over by someone else!!

Personally (and I don't expect you to change it just for me ) I'm not keen on the blue - it's very NHS and now reminds me of work - which I should be doing when I'm MNing...

If you look at Connections / Proxy settings, are you surfing through a cache to speed your browsing, or as directed by your ISP ?

You want to try disabling that (after you've noted down any addresses).

The change is for real.

Now at Psychomum's house and can't see any difference either (cleared cookies, cache, history and got it to refresh each visit...)

Flamebat - it's probably something to do with 'Refresh every page: every time I vist" in Cache settings or sommit.

Just to let you know (as if you didn't) that 'Big Issues' hasn't had the new colour scheme and neither has the 'Shopping' link which then asks you to log in but rejects a correct e-mail / Talkname and password login.

Oh and 'Classified' is surely missing an 's' ?

You probably have it cached in your browser Flamebat. Clear out your cookies etc and see what happens

I keep clicking on "home" up the top, but nothing is different for me Talk is still under "best of" etc...
